Every day, we are passionate about serving delicious and healthy food to our guests. We cherish the local culinary traditions and carry knowledge from our grandmothers' kitchens, which we are eager to share with you.
 

Our goal is to enhance your Lapland and Arvidsjaur experience by offering dining experiences both by the fire and in a cozy indoor setting. If you need catering for an event or a private gathering, we can either deliver or prepare it on-site.
 

We also have an environmental vision. Every day, we make efforts to reduce our carbon footprint and food waste. We are gradually transitioning to recycled materials and bagasse. We exclusively serve Swedish meat and strive to source ingredients from the Norrland and Västerbotten regions as much as possible. Many of our ingredients are certified organic.
